What we do not do
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not store forms. The quote form only prepares a WhatsApp message on your device; nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.

- To reply to your enquiry and give a quote (steps at your request before a contract).
- To carry out the job we agreed (contract).
- To keep the site secure (legitimate interest).
- To load the Google map, only if you allow it (consent).
Third parties
WhatsApp (Meta) processes the messages you send us, under its own terms. If you allow the map, Google loads content and may set cookies and receive your IP address. Our website host also processes technical data. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry messages and job details only as long as needed to do the work, issue invoices and meet legal duties. Server logs are kept for a short period.
